Max is a loving, energetic, smart dog who enjoys being around people and other dogs. He’s easy to care for dog and his daily routine consists of mealtimes, walks, long naps, and staring out the window. Max follows commands such as sit, down, stay, heel and is fully leash trained.

As long as Max is by your side, he doesn’t mind just taking it easy and goes with with the flow, though he does have separation anxiety if left alone for too long. Max can be alone in a crate for a few hours if needed but prefers to always have someone around or to tag along wherever you go. Another dog buddy might just be the thing for him. Max does seem to get nervous around small children/toddlers, so a home with older kids/teens would be great.

Max is neutered, chipped, and up to date on vaccines. He would thrive in a home where he always has a friend, either a person or other dog to cuddle with. He travels well and is friendly to all. If you’re looking for a perfect wingman or sidekick, Max may just be your guy!
