Meet Honey, She is a one year, eight months old, Maltese Poodle mix who loves playing outside, belly rubs, and kisses on her nose. 

We are hoping to find her a loving home with a yard and someone who is also capable of caring for her medical needs. She was diagnosed by the vet with stress colitis which causes her stomach to hurt. She’s on a diet of half wet food & half dry kibble from Hills pet science food as it is the only one that doesn’t cause her tummy issues. She weighs just under 16 pounds and the vet said it’s a healthy weight for her. She is up to date on vaccines but needs to be spayed. 

She will bark if there are noises or voices she doesn’t recognize, but she will be playful once she gets to know them. She’s not a big fan of other dogs or cats so she should be the only pet. She does love kids though and will play and give them lots of kisses. We are hoping she can find a family where someone is usually home because she does have separation anxiety. Honey would be a good companion.

Honey is such a sweet loving girl and a fun and caring puppy. We hope we can find her a sweet loving home that has a backyard for her to sprint and run in. She loves belly rubs, kisses on her nose, and playing with her favorite ducky. She will thrive in a home where she is the center of attention as the only pet and with someone always home to be her companion.
