This gentle, all-levels class invites you to move through calming yoga poses while surrounded by playful, adoptable kittens. As you stretch, breathe, and perhaps pause for a spontaneous kitten cuddle, you’ll feel your stress melt away and mind growing quiet enough to hear the purrs.
Led by a certified instructor, Marie Ramagli, this class encourages you to embrace your best “cat stretches,” stay present in your body, and enjoy the simple joy of connection – with yourself and these furry companions. Proceeds benefit Contra Costa Humane Society.
