SNIP, Spay/Neuter Impact Program, has secured dates for three low-cost ($10) feral cat spay/neuter clinics, set to be on June 1st, August 3rd, and October 5th of this year.

For those of you who are caretakers of feral or stray cats, this is your chance to get this all-important procedure done for the health of the cat and to insure that more kittens are not born into a life without a human companion.  Reservations for surgery slots will be taken in May by calling (925) 279-2247 x 304.  If you are interested in volunteering for an upcoming clinic, please contact Karin Scheps, (925) 279-2257 x305.

Paws for thought... Just this year alone, 3-4 million animals will be euthanized - more than a quarter-million each month, 405 each hour,       one every nine seconds.

A devastating number of unwanted and unplanned animals are born each year without the guarantee of a forever home.  Each home found for these animals means one less home for an already-alive shelter animal facing euthanasia.  If you could do something simple to help end this needless destruction, wouldn't you?

PLEASE spay, neuter, adopt and spread the word!

We can all make a difference in the lives of these animals.
